FREE Delivery is available to a pre-specified location within the George Town Area.

George Town (Other Locations): KYD $5.00 for certain areas (Spotts Landing/Dock WEST to The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Resort).

West Bay: NORTH of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Resort to the entire West Bay Area — KYD $10.00.

Eastern Districts: EAST of Spotts Landing/Dock and beyond — KYD $10.00.

Orders $400 or more qualify for FREE Island-Wide Delivery.

Order Availability

Orders are available for Delivery or Pick-Up within the Cayman Islands ONLY.

Orders will be prepared and ready for delivery or pick-up within 1–2 business days of receipt.

In the event of delays or out-of-stock items, we will contact you by phone or email to update your order status.

You will receive a notification confirming delivery instructions once your order is ready.

A digital invoice will be sent via email or WhatsApp for your records.

Please provide a valid contact number so we can arrange delivery or pick-up.

Operating Hours

Simplicity Fashion KY is closed on Saturdays, but open on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping 
We DO NOT ship orders outside of the Grand Cayman Islands.

All Sales Are Final – Shop with Confidence

All sales at Simplicity Fashion are final. We do not provide refunds on any items sold in our online store.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Contact us within 24 hours if your item(s) arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

All damaged items must have tags intact.

While we do not offer monetary refunds, the value of damaged or incorrect item(s), excluding delivery and convenience fees, will be provided as store credit toward a future purchase.

After the 24-hour notice period, this option expires, so be sure to notify us promptly.

Shipping and Delivery

Simplicity Fashion is not responsible for packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Final Sale Items

All items, including promotional or discounted items, special collections, and limited-edition products, are final sale.

International Shipping & Returns

International shipping is currently disabled.

All sales are final.

Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items, using our prepaid return shipping label.

To return, repackage the item, affix the prepaid label to the original package, and send it back to us

Gifts and Non-Returnable Items

All sales are final.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
