Delivery Options

Delivery fees and conditions apply to a particular location.

  • Pick-up will be at a pre-specified location within the George Town Area. 
  • Free Delivery for a particular amount spends for George Town Areas. Considering the GEORGE TOWN AREA: Spotts Landing/Dock WEST to The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Resort. 
  • Delivery fee for George Town Area $5.00
  • West Bay: NORTH of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Resort to the entire West Bay Area is KYD$ 10.00.
  • Eastern Districts: EAST of Spotts Landing/Dock and Beyond is KYD$ 10.00.
  • ORDERS $400.00 or more will deliver for FREE Island-Wide.
  • Orders are available for Delivery or Pick-up within the Cayman Islands ONLY.

All Orders will be prepared and available for Delivery or Pick-Up within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Suppose we experience any delays or out-of-stock items; we will contact you by phone or email to update you on your order status. You will receive a notification confirming delivery instructions once your order is ready. You will receive a digital invoice via email or a downloadable WhatApp message.

Please provide a valid contact number so we can arrange pick-up of item/s.

Simplicity Fashion KY is Closed on Saturdays but OPEN Sundays and on Public Holidays.

Shipping

We DO NOT ship orders outside of the Grand Cayman Islands.

Refund Policy

Simplicity Fashion offers Exchanges as long as the items or returns are in the same condition as when purchased. Simplicity Fashion does not provide Refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale in our stores online. All sales are final.

Inspect all details: Please carefully check all items before purchasing them. If you are unsure of your size, please email or contact us via WhatsApp at 345-517-5660 for a virtual fitting. Some brands have different size structures featured on our website. We do understand that some are not true to size. Simplicity Fashion the team is on hand to assist you with ordering the correct size from our online shop.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order once you receive it; contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong order item(s); we will evaluate the issue and promptly correct your order. You have 24 hours to contact us with any damage or errors to your order. The item(s) will be inspected upon return as assessed. Once the item(s) are deemed damaged, we will email you regarding the store credit option. All damaged item(s) must have tags still intact and on the garment. Simplicity Fashion does not offer monetary refunds. The value of the damaged item(s) will have fewer fees, such as delivery and convenience fees; item(s) will be given as store credit towards a future purchase or an exchange for another item. Once the 24-hour notice period has expired, following delivery of your order, this provision for flagging the damaged item(s) to Simplicity Fashion expires permanently.

Item(s) are eligible for return within 24 hours of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn. Of course, if an item arrives damaged, notify us immediately, and you will be offered an exchange of the item or store credit for the purchase cost of the item(s).

Exchanges

Simplicity Fashion only replaces items or offers store credit for the damaged item(s) or incorrectly sized item(s). Please inspect your order once you receive it; contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective or damaged or if you received an incorrectly sized item(s); we will evaluate the issue and promptly correct your order. The final payment value, exclusive of delivery or convenience fees on damaged item(s), will be given as store credit towards a future purchase. Once the 24-hour notice period has expired, following delivery of your order, this provision for flagging the damaged item(s) to Simplicity Fashion expires permanently.
